Customer Service Representative
Be the first voice our clients hear. You'll handle inquiries across email, phone, and chat — resolving issues quickly and making every client feel genuinely valued. This is a high-impact, front-facing role on a fast-moving team.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and live chat promptly and professionally
- Manage and update client records in our CRM system
- Coordinate with loan advisors and consultants to resolve client issues
- Track and follow up on outstanding requests and escalations
- Contribute to improving our client service processes and documentation
Requirements
- 2+ years in a customer service or client-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Personal Assistant
Support our executive leadership with the day-to-day operations that keep the business running smoothly. You'll be trusted with sensitive information, complex scheduling, and a wide variety of tasks requiring discretion and initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Handle correspondence, drafting emails and documents as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations
- Prepare briefing notes, agendas, and presentations for meetings
- Track action items and follow up on outstanding tasks on behalf of leadership
Requirements
- 2+ years as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in an office management role
- High degree of discretion and professionalism
- Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
- Proactive mindset — you anticipate needs before they're expressed
Data Analyst
Transform raw numbers into the insights that drive our real estate and lending decisions. You'll build dashboards, run market analyses, and partner with our advisory team to give clients the clearest picture of their opportunities and risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and model data from property, loan, and market data sources
- Build and maintain dashboards for internal teams and client reporting
- Conduct market trend analysis to support consulting recommendations
- Develop financial models for loan portfolio performance and property valuations
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders in clear, actionable formats
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced), SQL, and ideally Python or R
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to translate data findings into business recommendations
- Background in real estate, finance, or banking is a strong plus
